Chapman Ridge Pool Rules

1. Use of the pool is permitted only when a lifeguard is on duty.
2. All residents and their guests must check in with the lifeguard on arrival.
3. All personal possessions must be removed from the pool area daily.
4. Food is permitted in designated area only (round tables). Please clean up after yourself and check the ground around you. No food/drinks allowed in the pool or around the pool.
5. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
6. No parking is allowed in the circle except for those with a handicap placard or conducting pool business.
7. No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs of any kind at the pool.
8. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or a sibling over 16.
9. Residents who are 16 or over may bring guests who are also 16 or older. The exception is a 16-year-old sibling may bring their younger sibling (sibling only).
10. Toddlers and infants must have a clean diaper and watertight pants on at all times in the pool. Diapers must be changed in bathrooms (changing tables in both) and disposed of in pool deck trash barrel (plastic bags in tables).
11. Parents are required to be in the pool at arm's reach of toddlers/infants and must be in the water with any child under 52 inches.
12. The safety of your children is the responsibility of the parent, guardian or responsible adult and includes no standing on chairs/lounge chairs.
13. Only children cleared by the lifeguard on duty may swim in the deep end. Children not cleared are not permitted near or in the deep end of the pool.
14. Yelling and/or screaming children may be asked to leave the pool area.
15. No running, diving, fighting or horseplay allowed in the pool area.
16. No pets allowed anywhere in the pool area.
17. Lifeguards have the final authority at the pool. Failure to follow their direction may result in you being asked to leave.
18. Band aids must be removed if possible before entering the pool. You must retrieve any band aids that fall off and dispose of them in trash (not pool deck).
