Chapman Ridge is a residential real estate association in Canton,
Massachusetts, about eighteen miles southwest of Boston. The Association
includes 49 homes, common areas, and features an outdoor pool and cabana.
The Association maintains the pool and provides certain shared services,
such as lawn care, to homeowners. The Association is operated by volunteer members.
